We are committed to the ongoing education and further training of our nursing staff. In cooperation with universities, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK), the state government, and the federal government, we plan to develop comprehensive programs to help professionals advance their careers. A concrete example of this could be an annual symposium or exhibitions that cover the latest developments in nursing science and provide participants with practical knowledge.
Mediation and Conflict Resolution:
VitalProfi 24 GmbH’s ongoing mediation contributes to open communication and dialogue, giving us all an early opportunity to identify misunderstandings and resolve any conflicts early, by finding common ground that allows us to coexist productively in the workplace. Through social mediation and regular workshops, we aim to strengthen communication, understanding, and cooperation between specialized employees and management, and between clients. One of our company’s main objectives is close cooperation and collaboration with the Job Center, the Federal Employment Agency, and health authorities. We are strongly committed to all programs aimed at reducing unemployment and creating new job opportunities, both at our outpatient clinic and at VitalProfi 24 GmbH. We also place great importance on implementing training and internship programs, as well as additional and advanced training courses, which are also offered in close cooperation with the Youth Welfare Office, the Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK), and other institutions, colleges, and universities.
Vocational training programs for nursing students:
VitalProfi 24 GmbH offers vocational training programs for students at nursing schools and institutes, in the world of home health and medical care, which enable students to gain practical experience and apply their theoretical knowledge in a practical and realistic environment that contributes to preparing new nursing students to gain advanced knowledge in the world of home care, thus opening the way for them to find job opportunities with us, or with other institutions working in the same field.

VitalProfi 24 GmbH is a multicultural company by its founding, which is positively reflected in our treatment of all patients, based on mutual respect, regardless of their social or even cultural background, as this is precisely the point of utmost importance. Humanity and respect are the cornerstones of our business policy. To ensure the success of these foundations, our company requires all employees, including the management team, to participate in mandatory semi-annual seminars. These two-hour sessions provide a platform for cross-cultural awareness and dialogue. These seminars promote positive interaction among team members, creating an atmosphere that discourages extremist views and positions.
