Our dedicated professional team, led by the company's founder, Mrs. Roger Kanfakh, is committed to striving to reach the pinnacle of quality, in order to improve the quality of life of our patients and clients to the greatest extent possible, to make them happy, to relieve their pain and that of their family, and to bring joy and happiness to their hearts.
Comprehensive care services
Our work is based on comprehensive care services tailored to meet our clients’ needs. The services offered by VitalPflege 24 GmbH include home care, out-of-home assistance, errand-seeking, and support in primary care. Our range of services also includes care for elderly patients with dementia or terminal illness, and relief for family members and caregivers. In addition, we not only provide professional care 24 hours a day, seven days a week, but we are also closely involved in establishing and supporting self-help groups to foster dialogue and mutual support among those affected through our platform and forum for the exchange of information and experiences.
We also provide therapeutic services for patients with chronic diseases. We offer rehabilitation services for patients with accompanying motor or sensory disabilities. We offer preventive and educational services to maintain the health of patients and their families. We support patients with their needs for medical supplies, equipment, and medications, as available.
